Richard Davies and Eric Matthews were Cardinal.  A 1994 classic indie rock album debut that inspired a generation of bands.  Often in demand, it was reissued in 1997, 2001, 2005, and 2014. In 2012 Cardinal produced the follow-up album people waited decades for. Hymns  became an instant classic and final release of the band on Fire Records.

Cleveland native Christopher Seink and Eric Matthews generated a two-release collaboration that debuted on the Empyrean label, and capped off with a full-length LP on S-Curve/Sony with legendary guest vocalist Miki Berenyi of LUSH.  Museum Quality Capture (2010), an instrumental concept that stands the tests of time.

The international trio of Filippo Gaetani, Jordon Zadorozny (Blinker The Star), and Eric Matthews joined forces in 2016 to make a modern pop masterwork named The Baron of the Fjord, an album of complicatedly beautiful productions.  Prior to Eric joining came the album Seat of the Empire.  See "The Videos" and watch the America's On Fire movie (2016).
